Saline KinderConcerts (free)

May 9

FREE 30-minute concerts designed especially for children 2- to 5-years old. No worries about wiggly tots sitting still for a concert – they’ll dance and move while listening to the music. Then they’ll be mesmerized by hearing a story being told with musical accompaniment.

Honoring America’s fallen solders, Saline’s annual Memorial Day parade and service is located at Michigan Avenue and Oakwood Cemetery. The parade begins at 10 a.m. at Harris Street and Michigan Avenue and will proceed to Oakwood Cemetery for a ceremony and speeches.

Saline’s Performance Venues

Mill Pond Park

Mill Pond Park is the largest of the Saline community parks. It remains an ever-popular destination and hosts a multitude of events each year. The park is located on the north side of Michigan Avenue, directly across from Curtiss Park.
