Official Rules and Regulations

Shoppers collect their receipts from participating businesses and redeem them at Hartman Insurance Agency, Saline Main Street, or Saline Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • Receipts will be redeemed for drawing tickets in $10 increments. For example: receipt for $100 at a qualified merchant = ten (10) entries into the monthly drawing for the jackpot and other prizes. (There is a $1,000 cap on single purchase receipts).  New raffle starts each month.
  • Receipts MUST be from participating businesses and all receipts must have the name of the store and the date of purchase clearly marked on them. Receipts not clearly marked may be rejected.
  • The promotion will start May 1st and go through November 30th.. Receipts may be redeemed until 5 pm on the first Wednesday of each month for the following month’s drawing, ie: redeem your May receipts for the June drawing, June receipts for the July drawing, etc.
  • Must be 18 years of age to participate.

Monthly Drawings will be held on the first  Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM Noon at the Leather Bucket Alley, 104 S. Ann Arbor Street (Alley behind Brecon Grille). Prizes will be awarded through Saline Area Chamber bucks and can be used within the Michigan Avenue project area.
